Having benefited from excellent leadership coaching throughout his professional life, Julian decided to use his passion for people development and the creation of high performing cultures to forge a new career as a professional leadership coach. Julian's coaching is informed by his business background as well as the extensive training and personal development he has undertaken. He ensures that interventions achieve the appropriate balance of achieving individual goals whilst addressing organisational needs.
