As a trained and experienced coach, Michele enables organisations, teams and individuals to achieve superior results by identifying and adopting behaviours which will bring the desired results. Michele has twenty years senior level commercial experience, developing and implementing new products and services across a variety of industries and organisations, most recently as Vice President at American Express. She has held numerous leadership positions in various industries and has a proven track record of delivering strong business results together with high employee satisfaction. Michele’s clients include senior leaders at Vodaphone, British Medical Council, Focus DIY, American Express and Mastercard.

As Founder of Management Tomorrow she consistently demonstrates her commitment to ethical standards and increased professionalism in an unregulated market.

Michele’s experience in business transformation, global outsourcing and change management give her a unique insight in the key challenges facing today’s leaders. In her role as CIO of three Lines of Business, she has consistently delivered innovative and market-leading solutions. She currently serves as IT Director for a leading not-for-profit organisation in the City and continues her involvement in the business community.
