Margot Corbin
Margot is an Executive Coach, Facilitator and International Speaker. She specialises in contemporary methodologies of business change, and has used these to practical effect in organisations including Andersen Consulting, Barclays, O2, Tesco, UBS, Deloitte Touche and Channel 4.

Working at organisational, team and individual level, Margot is renowned for developing innovative but practical solutions for unusual problems. With a clear focus on leadership performance and the subsequent impact on business results, she is passionate about releasing leadership capability and minimising ‘interference'.

As an Internal Consultant and HR Director for organisations including American Express, SC Johnson and Nat West Bank, Margot has first-hand experience leading teams and managing organisational change. She has a real understanding of how corporations work and what differentiates successful leaders from their mediocre peers. Margot's passion is helping senior teams develop stronger interpersonal skills allowing more constructive debate and resulting in more successful teamwork.

With clients in UK, Europe, Asia/Pacific and US across a broad range of sectors including financial services, banking, FMCG, professional services and telecoms, Margot brings a wealth of expertise and experience to her coaching.
