Martyn Carr
Martyn is first and foremost a professional and highly credible leader with a proven track record of delivery at a senior level with major blue chip organisations. Prior to his move into professional Coaching, Martyn took on challenging roles in the Financial Services and Travel sectors including Sourcing, Organisational Change and IT. With broad leadership experience in risk management, IT compliance and business operations, Martyn has first hand knowledge of the need to engage people through understanding their motivation.

It was Martyn's passion for personal development and his natural instinct to coach rather than direct that brought him to professional coaching. Through his challenging yet supportive style he enables individuals and teams to break through the barriers inhibiting their performance. Martyn has worked with clients at Sainsbury, Logica CMG, American Express.

Martyn designs and facilitates personal and team development workshops which are tailored to the client's needs. His easy-going style and passion for enabling others allows him to quickly build rapport with people, whilst his non-judgemental approach and respect for the individuals and the team creates an environment for safe personal development.

  • holds professional qualifications with the Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply and the British Computer Society.
