Management Tomorrow is led by Michele Duke - founder and Managing Director.
Michele’s background is firmly rooted in the corporate world having held senior posts in American Express, Granada plc and UK government departments. Her expertise in the IT industry and her board-level experience, together with her coaching skills and talent for facilitating personal development give Michele a unique understanding of the challenges facing leaders today. In addition to many years coaching as a line manager in industry, Michele holds recognised coaching qualifications awarded by industry-leading training schools. She formed Management Tomorrow, bringing together the best coaches in the industry, to provide leaders with the personal resources and strategies to lead their organisations into the future.
