Dealing With Change
Change has become the new Business as Usual. It is constant and unrelenting.  Unfortunately, research continues to show that people do not like change, and particularly, they do not like having change “done to them”. Organisations who carry out successful change programmes point to involvement and engagement by those affected as the key to success.

During times of change, people look to their leaders for information, guidance and support.  They demand answers, doubt facts and question decisions. They expect their leaders to show them the way forward and to have their best interests at heart.

Paradoxically it is precisely these leaders who are often in the most uncertain position.

So, at a time when they need to demonstrate outstanding leadership skills, many managers feel anxious about their own future. Even leaders who enjoy the stimulation of fresh challenges need to explore their own concerns, motivations, opportunities and challenges before they can gather the resources to lead their teams with a sense of purpose and empowerment.

Coaching and expert facilitation increase openness and help individuals and teams manage themselves effectively despite the ambiguity and uncertainty around them.

With extensive experience of leading successful change programmes themselves, the team at Management Tomorrow provide expertise and support to leaders and teams.
